At Lenny's Shoe & Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or bring your item and original receipt to any of our retail locations to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a store associate.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
